wk 15 O = Opulent- Colouring Challenge with Lyra Rembrandt Polycolour pencils

Welcome back to a new challenge.
O = OPULENT
Basically we want to see all your frills and fancies, whether it's opulent colours, lace, frills, whatever you like.

You can enter the challenge with ANY project you like as long as you 

have coloured an image with ANY medium  (pencils, markers, inks, paints, whatever you like).

Remember you can only enter twice!

This week the Design Team were challenged to use ONE COLOUR (monochrome) so let's see what they came up with...

Nikky...I used this lovely stamp, one of my favourites from the Polkadoodles store here....I stamped it on watercolour card (190gsm) and then just coloured it up, trying to restrict my colours. I normally detest yellow tones but my Lyras are changing my mind!

Colours used: 08, 07, 82, 13, black

Scatty Jan Ohhhhh loved colouring my image this week . I used the sweet image from Polkadoodles from Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Springtime . How cute is she!! She is called Happy Easter and you can find her in the store right here  . I added some fun elements from the collection too - I coloured up using every Grey that I could

skin 30, 31, 32, 76

Jane – Hi everyone!  Have to admit that orange is not normally my ‘go-to’ colour but the Lyras have the most gorgeous shades in this tone so I just had to use them for my project this week! I have made an easel card using the gorgeous WINNIE HEALTHY EATING who is also available in the fab new collection WINNIE SUGAR SPRINKLES SPRINGTIME. Such a sweetie!! 

Colours used:

Skin: 90, 89, 31, 32 and 28 for cheeks

Hair: 99, 82, 87, 83, 85

Dark Orange: 15, 13, 9

            Light Orange/Yellow: 87, 83, 85

            Leaf: 67

          

 

  Cara   I used one of my fave collections for this challenge ....Winston bear is perfect for colouring in monochrome, and also perfect for the father's day card I made (i'm trying to get ahead) I used tones of brown/yellow  to give my card a sepia feel.

      

        Colours used: 75,76,80,82,83,39
